At LRDG, our group training sessions are designed for groups of 3-4 learners. Each session typically lasts 90 minutes, though we also offer the flexibility of 60-minute and 120-minute sessions. Every group is guided by one of our highly experienced and qualified tutors, who will ensure that the training matches your preferred methodology—whether it’s part-time, full-time, or accelerated part-time. 

Getting Started with a Preliminary Evaluation 

The first step in launching any group training program is our Preliminary Evaluation, an essential part of the learning journey. This evaluation allows us to accurately assess each learner’s current language proficiency and place them in the appropriate group based on their level. 

Once the evaluation results are available, our Pedagogical Advisor will contact each learner to gather their availability. Based on this information, we will form groups that align with both proficiency levels and schedule preferences. After finalizing the group, we assign a tutor tailored to the group’s learning needs and availability. 

Comprehensive Support and Personalized Learning 

After the group is established, each learner will receive a Welcome Email containing all the necessary details about their training. This includes: 

• Tutor information 

• Training plan and methodology 

• LRDG policies 

• Instructions for using our portal and learning materials

Each learner will receive an End of Session Report (ESR) summarizing the session’s key points, any homework assigned, and areas for improvement. The ESR will be available immediately after the session
