These terms and conditions are in addition to the website disclaimer and apply to the sale of any online course and taught Course. For entering contact information and purchases via, by you agree to and are bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must refrain from purchasing any services from us and entering your contact information.


The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Confidential Information” means information provided by one party to the other, but does not include information in the public domain other than through the default of the party disclosing the information or any information required to be disclosed by any court or regulatory authority. “Fees” means the fees paid by you to Language Research Development Group (L.R.D.G) Inc. for the Services. “Services” means the provision of the Online Course and/or the Taught Course and/or our Software together with any other services agreed from time of purchase by you through the Website or by phone. “Course Materials” means any information provided by Language Research Development Group (L.R.D.G) Inc. to accompany a course provided as part of the services. That includes our Software and any material provided by a tutor or teacher. “Online Course” means the delivery by us of an online course via our portal, modules and WebEx or phone. “Taught Course” means a course taught by us in a classroom setting to which you attend in person. “Website” means and/or “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions to purchase the Services. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to Language Research Development Group (L.R.D.G) Inc. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. “Intellectual Property Rights” means copyright, rights in or relating to databases, patent rights, performers’ rights, designs and registered designs, trademarks, rights in or relating to Confidential Information and other intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered) throughout the world.


A description of the Services for taught courses together with the dates on which the Services will begin are available on and We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the description set out on the Website. For online courses, we do not always provide dates as sometimes the parties will have to come to an agreement for the best time to begin and end the courses. If attendance or course registrations do not reach our goals, we reserve the right to vary or withdraw any of the Services described on the Website without prior notice. In which case you will be contacted and offered another course. We do not guarantee that you will obtain a particular result, qualification or employment opportunity from your purchase and completion of any of the Services.


When you place an order for a Service via the Website or telephone, you are offering to purchase the Services on these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or decline your order or any part of your order at any time until it has been confirmed that we have accepted your offer to purchase our Services by sending you an email confirming the purchase and received payment of the relevant Fees from you. You will receive a receipt by email shortly after the purchase.

1. Purchasing Services via the Website
In order to purchase any of the Services on-line you must do so via the Website.

2. Purchasing Services via the Telephone
To purchase a Service over the telephone please call 1-888-989-LRDG (toll-free).


If you have purchased an Online Course and have already accessed, downloaded all or part of the Online Course and/or started to use that Online Course then you shall have no right to cancel your order. Notwithstanding the precedent clause, cancellation and/or variation of online private lessons will be possible free of charge if the client notifies us more than 24 hours in advance.


The Fees for the Services shall be as set out on the Website or as told to you over the phone at the time you placed an order.

Fees for the Service selected shall be debited from your credit/debit card at the time of purchase or in installments as stated. Fees or first installments must be paid in full prior to you attending any Taught Course or accessing any Online Course. Any fees charged by your debit or credit card provider in connection with your purchase of Services are for your own account and Language Research Development Group (L.R.D.G) Inc. shall not be responsible for these. You shall be responsible for all costs you incur in connection with your attendance at any Taught Courses or your access onto any Online Course.


Language Research Development Group (L.R.D.G) Inc. aims to provide the Services to the highest standards of the industry. Neither it, nor its tutors accept any liability for any inaccuracy or misleading information provided in the lessons, the promotional material, or Course Materials and/or any reliance by Client on any such information, any loss or corruption of data, and/or any loss of profit or revenue. Except to the extent that they are expressly set out in these terms and conditions, no conditions, warranties or other terms shall apply to the Services. Language Research Development Group (L.R.D.G) Inc.’s total liability arising in connection with these terms and conditions and in relation to the delivery of the Service (and whether the liability arises because of breach of contract, negligence or for any other reason) shall be limited to the Fees received by us in connection with the relevant Online Course or Taught Course in relation to which a dispute has arisen. No claim may be brought more than six months after the last date on which the Services concerned have finished or ceased to be provided by us.


All Intellectual Property Rights in the Course Materials, Online Courses and Taught Courses are, and remain, the intellectual property of Language Research Development Group (L.R.D.G) Inc. whether adapted, written for or customised for the Client or not.

You must not:

1. Republish material from our Course Materials;

2. Sell, rent or sub-license material from our Course Materials;

3. Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from our Course Materials;

4. Redistribute content from Language Research Development Group (L.R.D.G) Inc. (unless content is specifically made for redistribution);

5. Record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course or Taught Course given;

6. Modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software that is part of the Online Courses;

7. Share your portal password and give access to our modules to anyone else*.

*In consideration of the Fees paid by you, we grant to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use our Software for the sole purpose of completing the Online Course and/or attending the Taught Course. You must not share that access with anyone else.

Breach by you of any of these conditions shall allow us to immediately terminate these terms and conditions with you and cease to provide you with any Services, including but not limited to access to the Online Courses.


Each party shall keep the other party’s Confidential Information strictly confidential and not use it other than for the purposes of these terms and conditions.

Either party may disclose Confidential Information to its legal and other advisors for the purposes of obtaining advice from them.


When you register for a course, you will need to provide us with a certain amount of information such as your contact details and demographic information. We will keep this information for our own use* and to contact you to schedule your evaluation and/or courses. Language Research Development Group (L.R.D.G) Inc. respects your privacy and allows you complete control of your information. We share none of your information with anyone for any reason.

*In order to monitor and improve our Services, we gather certain aggregated information about you, including details of your operating system, browser version, time and date of visit, the URL you came from and the parts of the Website you visit. Once you start one our programs, our pedagogical software will also keep track of your progress in order to provide you with detailed progress reports that will be shared only with you.

The security of your Confidential Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use all reasonable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any Data you disclose. You accept the inherent security implications of online transacting and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Language Research Development Group (L.R.D.G) Inc. may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at Language Research Development Group (L.R.D.G) Inc.’s sole discretion.


Language Research Development Group (L.R.D.G.) Inc. is entitled to terminate these terms and conditions and cease to provide you with any Services with immediate effect if you:

1. fail to pay your Fees when they are due;

2. act in an aggressive, offensive, threatening or harassing manner towards any employee, any teacher or tutor and/or any student who attends any Course;

3. steal or act in fraudulent or deceitful manner towards us or our employees or any other students who may be on our premises or attending our Courses;

4. intentionally or recklessly damage our property or the property of our employees;

5. commit any criminal offence on our premises or where the victim is our employee or student;

6. are in breach of these terms and conditions.


Any Services provided by us under these terms and conditions are personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person.


These terms and conditions, together with the Website Disclaimer and Course Specific Terms and Conditions are the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements and arrangements, whether written or oral.


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our courses and the use of our Course materials (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill). Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;

• limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

• limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or

• exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law. The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer:

• are subject to the preceding paragraph; and

• govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer or in relation to the subject matter of this disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.

Language Research Development Group (L.R.D.G) Inc. shall not be liable to you for any breach of its obligations or termination under these terms and conditions arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fires, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes, terrorism, strikes, delay caused by transport disputes, failure to provide a course caused by a death in the tutor’s family, illness of the tutor, Government edict or regulation. Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and considered in accordance to the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada.
